PASSAGE

Consulted on production for Passage, an art installation and technology performance by Kevin Peter He.

Brought in to give the project the structure a live technology piece needs: what happens when, who owns it, and what has to be true before the next thing can start.

Selected and set up the project management software, then built the structures inside it: project templates, trackers, ownership and status conventions that hold up when build, content and performance run at once.

Defined communication channels and cadence across artist, technical and venue teams, and built the timeline and scheduling framework the installation and performance were delivered against.
