BAAND Together is Lincoln Center’s annual dance festival, where five New York companies share a single stage across five nights. Chanel makes it possible, and 2025 was the fifth edition.
ZeroSpace made every digital asset for the shoot. Led the VAD team through plate creation and ran the virtual production pipeline behind it, so the environments the dancers performed against were built, approved and on the wall before the stage day.
Worked directly with Chanel and their production company on where generative A.I. belonged in the plate work and how to shoot for it. Agreeing that in prep is what made it hold on the day: what a virtual production stage asks of a camera, and where an LED volume draws its limits, were settled in advance rather than negotiated on the floor.
Held the budget, the schedule and the client communication throughout, and supervised the volume shoot so the real-time elements resolved in camera rather than in post.
