Ran delivery for the Design Services department at Sphere Entertainment, working across internal and external teams.

Delivered more than fifty content pieces for the Sphere inside six months, planning, organising and driving scheduled technical projects to on-time completion against timeline, budget, deliverables and scope.

Built the department’s project management system across Airtable, Salesforce and Coda, tracking every department’s projects in one place, and set the process for delivering content to venues.

Identified project risks and dependencies early and escalated them to the right project lead before they became schedule problems.
